Tipu's summer palace timings From Tipu’s palace you can easity reach the Bangalore Fort too. It’s at a 5 minutes walk towards K R Market. Palace is open for visitors from 8.30 AM to 5.30PM everyday. Admission fee is Rs 5 for citizens of India, SAARC and BIMSTEC ( Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan ,India ,Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka , Thailand ). For other visitors the fee is Rs100. Children under 15 are admitted free. Usage of still camera is free. For Video camera, fee is Rs25. Ticket counter is located near the main gate.
