Ernakulam Shiva Temple, popularly called Ernakulathappan Temple is one of the major temples of Kerala.

On the southern side is a small shrine for Lord Ganesha.
There is a small area behind the main sanctum sanctorum, considered as abode of Goddess Parvati. The eastern temple gate facing this shrine is known as the Devi Gate. Outside the Inner temple circle are shrines for Lord Ayyappa and Nagaraja.
