Bangalore to Somnathpur by Bus/Train There are no direct bus to Somnathpur from Bangalore. Get a bus or train connection to Mandya, from where you can get a bus to Bannur.
Once reached Bannur look for a local transport towards Somnathpur (8km). You would find a local bus/van/share auto-rickshaw that will drop you next to the Chennakeshava Temple.
The last 8km is the relatively difficult part of the journey, both in terms of road conditions and in getting quick transport connections.
